What is the Vampire WingLift™?
The Winglift is a simple in-office procedure that uses platelet-rich plasma to address labia atrophy. If the labia majora is deflated or the skin is sagging, a Vampire Wing Lift™ treatment may help
What should I expect during the procedure?
Step 1:
Utilizing a specialized blood collection tube, a practitioner draws a small amount of blood, similar to what is required for a basic lab test. The tube is then placed into a centrifuge which spins the blood at a very high speed, causing the platelets to separate from other components of the blood.
Once the platelets are concentrated in the plasma, they can be applied to the treatment area. Activation then causes platelets to release essential growth factors and signal proteins to start the healing process.
Step 2:
The Platelet Rich Plasma is then injected into the labia majora comfortably using an injection cannula.
If additional plumping is desired, we can inject a mixture of PRP with a hyaluronic acid filler. Because the areas have been numbed with a local anesthetic cream, you will experience little or no discomfort during the procedure.
What should I expect during the recovery period?
Return to normal activities is quick. If done by itself and not with the Incontilase & Intimalase, return to sexual activity is usually within few days.
